TESOL Signs-On to Letter Calling for Changes to Cultural Exchange Visas in U.S.

TESOL International Association joined over 500 organizations in a letter sent to U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, requesting changes to current cultural exchange visa limitations. These restrictions, which have been in place since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, have dramatically limited J-1 cultural exchange visas, including those issued to international educators who teach at schools across the United States.
