Flipped Classroom Past Perfect Tense Lesson Plan-Part 1
This resource is a lesson plan for an online classroom using the Flipped Teaching Method. It includes a PDF resource full of past perfect tense exercises, reading passages, understanding questions and tasks for the learners. Part I is supposed to be studied by the learners before the online lesson. Please check Part II of this lesson after you send this one to your learners.
The grammar point of the lesson plan is the past perfect tense. So, the lesson plan includes a Youtube video about the past perfect tense in the beginning of the lesson.
Also, the learners will see a reading passage followed by comprehension questions and lots of exercises about the past perfect tense.
Then they can have a quiz about the grammar point. Finally, they need to write their own fiction story as a production task.
- Students will be able to assess a reading passage and answer its questions with 80% accuracy.
- Students will be able to compose sentences by using the past perfect tense, with 80% accuracy.
- Students will be able to check their own understanding with a grammar quiz and pass the quiz with at least 70% success.
- Students will be able to prepare their own fiction story by using the past perfect tense and appropriate conjunctions with 80% accuracy.
